By participating in Elicit’s Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for your interest in Elicit’s Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). These Affiliate Program terms and conditions (“Affiliate Terms & Conditions”) are in addition to Elicit’s Terms of Service, only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Program Overview

Elicit may, from time to time, provide you with the opportunity to earn Commissions (“Affiliate Commissions”) when you refer an eligible Invitee through the Affiliate Program who becomes a paid subscriber to Elicit.

To be eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program as an Affiliate or to earn any Affiliate Commissions, you must have and maintain an active Elicit account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, and be in full compliance with the terms of the Affiliate Program.

Elicit reserves the right to terminate or disqualify you at any time from participating in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Process

• You may participate in the Affiliate Program by sharing your unique Affiliate link (“Invitation”) with Invitees.
• Invitees can use the Affiliate link (”Invitation”) to sign up for an Elicit account, and subsequently subscribe to a paid Elicit subscription plan.

Successful Invitee

• A Successful Invitee is described as such: if your Invitee clicks on your Affiliate Program Invitation, is a new Elicit user (who has not previously signed up for an Elicit account of any kind), completes the registration process, completes a purchase of an Elicit subscription, and, if applicable, takes any other actions required by the terms of a specific Affiliate Commission or rewards promotion.
• A Successful Invitee must pay for at least one month on any paid Elicit subscription plan. The Successful Invitees you refer must make a successful payment on a subscription plan which is not canceled or disputed. The Successful Invitee must subscribe to any paid Elicit subscription plan within 3 months of first clicking on your initial Affiliate Link to be counted as a Successful Invitee.
• The Successful Invitees must be subscribed to a paid Elicit plan for at least a month, after which they will be categorized as a Successful Invitee. If someone you refer cancels their subscription within 30 days or receives a refund, then that will not be a Successful Invitee and will not be counted towards your commission.
• Elicit will track and attribute the Successful Invitee based on the completion of the subscription payment and time period subscribed.
• A limit to the number of Successful Invitees by Affiliates may apply.
