Interns & temporary employees
Interns and temporary employees have a slightly different set of benefits and perks. Please read this instead:

- Vacation days: we offer a flexible vacation policy for all team members, with a minimum recommendation of 20 vacation days per year.
- Sick days: Sick time is available with a ātake what you needā approach, and is tracked separately from vacation time.
- Holidays: Elicit observes 11 US Federal holidays where the whole team can take the day off to spend time with friends and family. We also typically offer extended time off at the end of the year through winter holidays. (Holiday swaps are available for employees who observe different holidays.)

We offer a variety of medical plans with national coverage from Aetna, as well as Kaiser plan options where available. Dental and vision coverage are with Guardian.

Eligibility
- All full-time US employees are eligible for health benefits starting the 1st of the month following your start date.
- Contractors and temporary employees/interns are unfortunately not eligible at this time.
